We have two poles of activities: Pole Consulting & Project Management and Pole Training/Coaching.

I. Consulting & Project Management

We mainly cover four sectors:

cosmetics & luxury industry, consumer goods, tourism & leisure and telecommunications.

1. Definition & implementation of “Go-to-market” strategy

2. Definition & implementation of Digital strategy

Audit of your current digital performance: analysis of your current digital strategy, presence and competitiveness; recommendations for areas of improvement

"Social Listening": monitoring your brand’s e-reputation, competitive intelligence, consumer sentiment analysis, trend identification, and consumer insight research

Definition of your positioning & key messages: definition of your brand’s distinctive positioning, storytelling approach, and key messages for communicating with your target audience, taking into account local cultural nuances

Definition and implementation of your e-marketing strategy and action plan: e-marketing campaigns and phases; Designing or adapting, implementing, and promoting digital content, translating your website, and organizing live-streaming events; Recommending Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), collaborating with media or other partners; Project coordination and follow-up, performance analysis, and reporting.

3. Partnership building or management, project management

Screening and assessment of potential partners (joint-venture partners; importers, distributors or business partners; acquisition targets for investors): synergy, alignment of values, operational consistency, credibility and performance of potential partners

Connection with selected partners

Assistance in negotiating and concluding partnership agreements, and in facilitating communication

Daily management of partnership projects; cross-functional, international or transformation projects; or post-acquisition
