Our expertise and our added value

Why us?

We apply to our training courses a methodology combining in-depth analysis with a pragmatic approach. Our objective is to help you understand not only the "what", but also the "why" and the "how", by exploring the underlying causes of Chinese ways of thinking and behaving, as well as the main cultural differences. Through concrete examples, we illustrate how these factors influence ways of thinking, communicating and collaborating, while providing you with practical reference points for communicating and collaborating effectively with Chinese counterparts.

Drawing on her extensive professional experience, her career spanning both the Chinese and Western worlds, her expertise in managing international projects, and her many years of observation and in-depth analysis, Chunyan Li aims to provide you with valuable insights into the challenges and key issues you may encounter in your interactions with Chinese counterparts. This approach will help you strengthen the effectiveness of your communication and collaboration in intercultural contexts over the long term.
